Lisa Beaufait doesn't believe in standing still. After spending 24 years shaping global strategy at FedEx Custom Critical and FedEx Expedited Freight Services, including receiving a Chairman's Award for leadership in 2006, she left the corporate world to found TRAC Solutions in 2013.

TRAC Solutions began as a "tip of the spear" consulting and coaching firm. Since then, it has transformed into a full-service practice offering customized consulting, on-site training, and online learning programs designed to help leaders and organizations right-size their strategies, strengthen their teams, and build a foundation for lasting growth.

​

Lisa holds an Executive MBA from Kent State University and is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC). Her work centers on Im.Possible, a reinvention framework she developed from her experiences and the belief that you cannot escape your past, but you can stand on it. Originally launched as its own venture, Im.Possible Chapters is now part of TRAC Solutions, bringing coaching, strategy, and reinvention work together under one roof.

Lisa's next chapter includes co-founding Hot Shots Pickleball Club, a nine-court indoor pickleball and eatertainment venue in North Canton, Ohio. She also plays an active role in the club's marketing efforts. Hot Shots is proof that reinvention isn't just something Lisa teaches; it is something she actually lives.

In 2024, Lisa received the Women's Leadership Award at the She Elevates Annual Awards Gala, where she was recognized for empowering the rise of female leaders and fostering stronger community connections.

Deeply rooted in the Canton community, Lisa has a long history of community leadership, having served on the boards of the Paul David YMCA, She Elevates, and the Kent State University Alumni Association. She currently serves on the Aultman Women’s Board and the auxiliary board of the National First Ladies Library & Museum.

Lisa lives in Canton with her husband, Greg, and is a proud mother to two sons, Brett and Ryan, both in their 20s and thriving as they build lives of their own.
