e-learning, on-site training, and certification, we offer our clients the full package.

Lisa Beaufait is the President and CEO of TRAC Solutions, LLC. TRAC Solutions customizes, designs, and implements training certification programs. TRAC Solutions also provides solutions for market research needs.

 

With an executive MBA through Kent State University, prior to TRAC Solutions, Lisa helped shape and deliver the global strategy across three operating companies during her 24 years at FedEx Custom Critical and FedEx Expedited Freight Services. One of her many prestigious awards she received was the chairman’s award in 2006 for her leadership in FedEx Expedited Freight Services.



With her Pragmatic Marketing prowess and operational leadership Lisa changed, energized, and implemented strategy to ignite global growth in the pharmaceutical, temperature control, and secure services market areas.

Lisa made a difference not only for FedEx but for the Green, Ohio community through her leadership and board roles on the Green Chamber of Commerce and Toastmasters International.

SERVICE/INTERESTS

Lisa believes in giving back to the community and enjoys helping others with leadership development and strategy. While at FedEx, she served on the board of directors for the Green, Ohio, Chamber of Commerce. During those five years on the board, she helped small businesses with vision, strategy, and personal goal setting. In addition, she served as President for Toastmasters International in 2008 working to build and renew platform skills for the group.

Today, Lisa most enjoys her work as a Wish Granter for the Make A Wish Foundation. Helping children is a passion. She has been married to her husband for nearly fifteen years and together they have two boys, Brett and Ryan.
